Only borrowers and businesses located in California are eligible for an Economic Justice Fund Small Business Loan. In addition, you must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or visa holder and must be 18 years old or older.

The Economic Justice Small Business Loan has no fees of any kind as long as you make your payments on time. You will pay no loan application fees, no loan origination fees, no servicing fees, and no fees if you pay off the loan early.
Submitting the initial loan request will not affect your credit score. However, if you submit the full application for an Economic Justice Small Business Loan, we will need to check your credit report, which may affect your credit score.
